premises and committed theft of gold jewelry
valued at approximately Rs. 5,00,000/- and
cash of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The accused also
threatened the complainant with a knife.

3. That as held in Dr. Jacob Mathew v. State of Punjab, (2005) 6 SCC 196%, a simple lack of care does not constitute criminal negligence in medical cases.
4. That the applicant has deep roots in the community, is a permanent resident, and poses no flight risk whatsoever.
